قبل التوبة، عليك أن تعلم أن كل بني آدم يخطئ

هذا يعني أنك أخطأت، وأنك ستخطئ، كما هو مبين في الحديث. وهذا طبيعي كإنسان، ولا يعني أنك منافق أو كافر. من الطبيعي أن تذنب، لكن بعد الخطأ يجب عليك التوبة والاستغفار، وليس الإصرار على الذنب وفعله مرارًا وتكرارًا بلا مبالاة

ومن حيل الشيطان، أنه إذا أردت التوبة وندمت على ما فعلت، يحسسك بأنك مخطئ ومنافق، وأن توبتك لن تُقبل هذه المرة لأنك أذنبت كثيرًا أو تبت من قبل وعدت مرات عديدة، وأن الله لن يغفر لك هذه المرة. وحتى تعرف أن هذا من الشيطان، لاحظ أنه لم يوسوس لك قبل المعصية، بل يوسوس لك عند التوبة

تخيل أن الله يقول لمن فعل كل ذنب، ألا يقنط من رحمته، وما زال يناديه: "يا عبادي". فماذا عن الذي يذنب ثم يتوب، ويذنب ثم يتوب، ويرجع كل مرة إلى الله الرحمن الرحيم؟

فالله كان قادرًا على أن يخلقنا ملائكة لا نذنب، لكنه خلقنا بشرًا لنذنب، ويريدنا أن نستغفر، أن نرجع إليه، أن نندم، أن نسأله المغفرة، وأن نفرحه بتوبتنا

سبحانه الرحمن الرحيم الغفار الغفور التواب يفرح بتوبتنا… ألا تريد أن تفرح الله؟! كل ما عليك هو كلمة: اللهم إني تبت إليك

:ومن شروط التوبة

الندم على ما فات

الإقلاع عن الذنب فورًا

العزم على عدم العودة إلى هذا الذنب : ولا يعني هذا أنك لن تخطئ أبدًا، بل النية يجب أن تكون صادقة بعدم الرجوع للذنب، مثال: أحدهم يدخن ويقول إنه تاب، ولكنه بعد 5 أو 20 دقيقة يخطط للرجوع للتدخين، فهذه ليست توبة صادقة

ربما تقول: "لقد أذنبت كثيرًا وتبت كثيرًا، وأعود دائمًا لنفس الذنب، وأشعر أنني غير صادق أو منافق". أقول لك: لا، هذا كله من الشيطان. أنت لست معصومًا، وحتى لو تاب أحدكم فلن يصبح معصومًا. فكلما أذنبت، تب واستغفر، ولا تسمح للشيطان أن يوسوس لك

:ومن الأمور التي تساعد على التوبة والاستقامة

.الصلاة في وقتها، وللرجال في المسجد

.القرآن, مهما كان حفظ, دراسة، تفسير، أو سماع

أي: كلما كنت عالمًا بالله، كلما خفته واتقيته

.الرفقة الصالحة وذكر الله

:الدعاء، كما علمنا رسول الله ﷺ
"اللهم يا مقلب القلوب ثبت قلبي على دينك"
"اللهم يا مصرف القلوب صرف قلبي على طاعتك"
"اللهم اعني على ذكرك وشكرك وحسن عبادتك"

فيا أخي/أختي، لا تقنط من رحمة الله. يريدك الله أن تتوب مهما كانت ذنوبك. اترك الذنوب لله، وابتعد عن الصحبة السيئة التي تجرك إلى المعاصي، فلن ينفعك أحد في الدنيا ولا الآخرة إلا الله

Before talking about repentance, you must know that every son of Adam makes mistakes, as the Prophet ﷺ said:
“Every son of Adam is a sinner, and the best of sinners are those who repent.”

This means that you have sinned, your’e sinning, and you will sin again — and that is completely normal as a human being. It does not mean you are a hypocrite or a disbeliever. It is natural to fall into sin, butust after the mistake you m repent and seek forgiveness, not insist on committing the sin repeatedly with no concern.

And one of the tricks of Shaytan is that when you want to repent and feel regret for what you’ve done, he makes you feel like you are wrong, insincere, or a hypocrite, and that your repentance will not be accepted this time because you have sinned too much or have repented before and returned many times — and that Allah will not forgive you now. And to recognize that this is from Shaytan, notice that he did not whisper to you before the sin, but he whispers to you when you try to repent.”

Imagine Allah saying to the one who committed every sin a million times “do not despair of Allah’s mercy,” and He still calls them “My servants.”
So what about someone who sins then repents, sins then repents, and returns to Allah the Most Merciful every time?

The Prophet ﷺ said:
“By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, if you did not commit sins, Allah would replace you with people who would commit sins, then seek Allah’s forgiveness — and He would forgive them.”

Allah was capable of creating us as angels who never sin, but He created us as humans who sin — and He wants us to repent, to return to Him, to feel regret, to ask for His forgiveness. And He rejoices over our repentance. The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Allah is more delighted with the repentance of His servant than a man who loses his camel in a barren desert, then suddenly finds it again.”

Glory be to Him — the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, the All-Forgiving, the Oft-Pardoning, the Accepter of repentance. He rejoices when we repent… Don’t you want to make Allah happy? All you need is to say: “O Allah, I repent to You.”

And among the conditions of a sincere repentance:

1- Feeling regret for what has passed.

2- Stopping the sin immediately.

3- Having a firm intention not to return to that sin.
(This does not mean you will never fall again, but the intention must be sincere at the time of repentance. For example: someone claims he repented from smoking but already plans to smoke again after 5 or 20 minutes — this is not sincere repentance.)

4- Return people’s rights (if the sin involved another person)

You may say: “I sinned so much, I repented many times, and I always return to the same sin. I feel like I’m not sincere that I’m a hypocrite.”
I tell you: No, my brother/sister — this is all from Shaytan. You are not infallible, and even after repentance you will not become sinless. So whenever you sin, repent again and seek forgiveness, and do not let Shaytan whisper to you.

And along the things that help you repent and stay steadfast:

• Praying on time, and for men: praying in the mosque.

• The Qur’an: memorizing, studying, listening, or reading. Allah says:
“Only those who truly fear Allah are the scholars among His servants.”
Meaning: the more you know Allah, the more you fear Him and obey Him.

• Righteous company and remembrance of Allah.

• Duʿā’, as the Prophet ﷺ taught us:
“O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm upon Your religion.”
“O Controller of hearts, direct my heart to Your obedience.”
“O Allah, help me remember You, thank You, and worship You properly.”

So my brothers/sisters, do not despair of Allah’s mercy. Allah wants you to repent no matter how many your sins are. Leave the sins for the sake of Allah, and leave the bad company that pulls you toward disobedience — none of them will benefit you in this world or the next.
